Every Imprintsy order is custom-printed fresh after you place it — here's what to expect at each stage.

How long will my order take?

  • Production (printing): 2–5 business days — every item is custom-printed fresh after you order
  • Australia-wide delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimate: roughly 5–12 business days from order to doorstep

Exact times vary by product type (apparel vs wall art) and your location within Australia.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $99
  • Standard shipping: $11.95 flat rate, Australia-wide — same price no matter how many items you order

Tracking your order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the printer.

You can also check your order status on our order tracking page using your order number and email address.

Note: Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Can I get express shipping?

Not at this stage. Because every item is custom-printed to order, production time is fixed — we can't speed up the print. Once dispatched, standard carrier timelines apply.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please get in touch:
