Everything you need to know about ordering a custom print.
Uploading your design
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, and TIFF files. PNG is ideal for designs with transparent backgrounds. PDF is best for designs with text. JPG works well for photos. Maximum file size is 100MB.
We recommend 300 DPI at the actual print size for the sharpest results. A minimum of 150 DPI is acceptable. If your file is lower resolution, we'll warn you before you add to cart — but we can still print it. Results may not be as crisp.
Yes! Modern smartphones take excellent photos. For mugs and smaller products, phone photos usually work great. For large canvas or poster prints, use the highest resolution your phone can capture, and avoid digital zoom. Photos taken at 12MP or higher are typically suitable.
We print your design as uploaded. We do not crop, resize, filter, or edit your image unless you specifically request it. Make sure your design is framed the way you want it before uploading. If you need help with sizing, contact us before ordering.
Ordering & payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request changes or cancellation. After that, your order enters production and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately via the contact page if you need to make a change.
Yes! For orders of 10+ units, contact us for a custom quote. We offer discounts for bulk orders, corporate gifting, events, and repeat customers.
Printing & shipping
Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping within Australia takes a further 3–7 business days. Shipping is $11.95 flat, free on orders over $99. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping is something we're working on. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
We're sorry to hear that. Take a photo of the damage and contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a reprint or full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
Screens display colours in RGB (light), while printers use CMYK (ink). There can be slight differences, especially with very vivid or neon colours. For the most accurate colour matching, submit your file in CMYK mode. If colour accuracy is critical, order a sample print first before a bulk run.
