To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. Please Note – We do not ship to PO boxes.

Lost or Stolen Packages (if applicable)

imprintsy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery is confirmed to the address entered for an order. Upon request, imprintsy will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate. Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return policy.

All packages are shipped from Imprintsy. For our customers in the USA, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only have to pay the final sale price when shopping.
